Returns/Withdrawals/Changes/Replacement of Products
You can return the product you bought from our store within 10 calendar days of receiving it, as long as you find it in its packaging, it is in excellent condition as delivered to you, its factory packaging has not been tampered with, it is not a promotional item or a merchandise by measure and therefore has been cut to your measurements (e.g. fabrics, braids, ribbons, etc.).

Product Shipments
Shipments for retail orders are made by deposit to a bank account and arrive at your door with ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the availability of the product. Please note that in some remote areas you will have to pick up the package yourself because there may not be a door-to-door network, or there may be an additional charge that you will be informed about before shipping.
Deliveries to your door with a minimum charge of 5.90 euros for weight up to 2 kg and for each additional kilogram a charge of 2.40 euros and with a deposit to a bank account. For information contact the store.
